Daniel is a multi-disciplinary visual artist working in the mediums of cinematography, illustration, sculptures and animation. His passion for cinema, as well as practical, on-set experience continue to influence his style and creative process. Composition, lighting and story remain central to his image-making.

He is a graduate of the Ryerson Image Arts: Film Studies program where he has received the “Technicolour Award for Achievements in Cinematography,” the “Norman Jewison Filmmaker Award” as well as the “Canadian Cinema Editors Student Merit Award.”

He prioritizes telling stories with themes of escapism, collective social trauma, objective morality, while maintaining childlike visual interpretation to his work.
